The thoughts behind the participation award

The price of FDF National Camp 2026 is set in relation to the level of previous national camps, adjusted for inflation and general price developments in Denmark. At the same time, we estimate that the number of participants will be slightly lower, so there are fewer to pay the costs.

Participant price for children and adults

The participation prices in the table apply to all Arrows, Squires, Senior Squires, Seniors and Adults (including leaders and staff) attending FDF National Camp 2026.

There is a unique participant price for each region, taking into account the districts' travel costs to and from Sletten.

 

 

The districts themselves choose how they define what it means to go to a national camp as a toddler. In principle, a district is allowed to take toddlers to the district camp if it is assessed that they will have a good experience of being a participant at a national camp.

The circuit decides the final participant price

In your district, you decide what the final price will be for your participants. You may be able to reduce the price because you have received a subsidy, or you may want to raise it slightly to cover more costs associated with the national camp. It's entirely up to you. There are usually good opportunities to get grants for the camp from local church councils and Y's Men's clubs.

What does the payment go towards?

FDF National Camp 2026 is primarily financed by participant payments. The income must therefore cover all expenses for the establishment of the camp, security, catering for all meals, as well as activities and events you can experience at the camp. The National Camp also enters into partnerships and sponsorships in order to create an even better national camp economy.

 

Rent reimbursement

Many municipalities allow you as a district to apply for a rent reimbursement on the share of the price that has been spent on rent and setup. We expect that the amount for rent and set-up will amount to approximately DKK 1000 per participant. The final price can only be calculated after the national camp.

Other prices

Children 0-8 years

If you are attending a national camp as a child aged 0-8 years, there are special prices that apply depending on the age of the child. We calculate age for the first day of the camp, i.e. July 9, 2026. Children aged 0-8 years must always be accompanied by a parent.

Døgnbillet til Landslejren

Voksne ledere og medarbejdere (18+) – samt deres familier – kan købe en døgnbillet til landslejren. En døgnbillet giver adgang til 24 timers ophold med overnatning, måltider og fuld adgang til aktiviteter og faciliteter.

Hvad inkluderer billetten?

Med en døgnbillet kan du være på lejren fra kl. 09.00 til kl. 09.00 dagen efter. Billetten omfatter:

  • Frokost, aftensmad og morgenmad

  • Adgang til sanitære faciliteter og bad

  • Overnatningsret

  • Fuld adgang til hele programmet

Priser pr. person pr. døgn:

Børn og voksne over 8 år: 500 kr.
Børn 5-8 år: 250 kr.
Børn 2, 3 og 4 år: 150 kr.
Børn 0 og 1 år: Gratis

Fleksibel bemanding i kredsen

Døgnbilletter kan bruges til at styrke bemandingen efter behov. Det kan være ekstra hjælp i starten til opsætning – eller friske kræfter sidst i lejren til at aflaste dem, der har været med fra begyndelsen.

Sådan betaler du

  • Ved tilmelding betaler du 500 kr. for det første døgn.

  • Eventuelle ekstra døgn afregnes gennem din kreds.

  • Hvis du tilmelder dig uden en kreds, betaler du hele beløbet ved tilmelding.

  • For børn under 8 år kan den samlede pris blive under 500 kr. pr. døgn – i så fald refunderes differencen via kredsen.
